Maybe you left a comfortable job in finance to turn your homebrewing obsession into a career. Maybe you never got a "real job" because you couldn’t stomach the idea of punching a clock everyday. Either way, you work at a brewery because you love making beer. 

But there's a problem. With 6,000 breweries operating in the United States (and more in planning), it can be difficult to stand out. Besides, beer drinkers are smart. They can smell BS three bar stools away. They know when a brewery phones it in and feeds them a line about being small and local. Everyone is small and local.

Instead, craft beer drinkers want to feel like they’re a part of something bigger. They want to feel some ownership in the breweries they love. They want a reason to care about you. It's your job to give them that reason. And the best way to do that is to get really good at telling your story.
